I have stayed here few time before. Smooth checkin and check out. Room was good. Everything was as expected. Front staff and other staff were courteous and professional. I will stay here again.
The front desk staff was phenomenal! The hotel is very clean and smells fabulous and the beds are comfortable! The location is great- close to lots of things! 10/10!
Good evening I am enjoying my time off from work here at Hampton inn in linden great staff great supervisor and manger room service very nice people came to bring us anything we needed to make us comtable I look forward spending time here in the future I recommend family and friends to stay here very clean maintenance excellent job they doing to keep the place to get her well kept I give you guys a 10
Great location . They have a small gym, food was ok, close to shopping and small downtown. If you like Polish food, go downtown and choose from a few.
The bathroom smells a bit odd. I think it's the sink water there's an almost sewer like smell to it every now and then. Breakfast could be better hash browns and eggs are not too great. Rooms on the 4th floor have tall ceilings and are spacious. I would have liked to not be out near the stairs, the doors slam throughout the night. Wifi cut out about 5 times and have to sign back in again.
I recently stayed at Hampton Inn, and I have to say the front desk experience truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, the staff member Nasiyah Leach, greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made a big difference in my stay. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping guests. Because of that excellent customer service, I would definitely choose Hampton Inn again. Great job to the front desk for going above and beyond!
This location is very convenient. Shops in the area in case you forget to bring something . Restaurants are within walking distance the staff is friendly as well. Rooms are clean. This is one of my favorite locations.
Breakfast was eggs, bacon, potato’s. Nothing to write home about. Bed was firm, felt like sleeping on a padded table, minus points for how loud the room is. You’re next to a road with a lot of semi traffic. Fitness area was top notch though! All and all it wasn’t that great.
